مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري بين تمايل به ازدواج ، عملكرد اجتماعي ، بهزيستي روانشناختي و مسئوليت پذيري

چكيده :

ميل و رغبت جوانان به ازدواج و تشكيل خانواده و آمادگي براي پذيرش و قبول مسئوليت ها و نقش هاي خانوادگي نقش بسزايي در اجتماع ايفا مي¬كند ، لذا پژوهش حاضر به منظور مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري بين تمايل به ازدواج ، عملكرد اجتماعي ، بهزيستي روانشناختي و مسئوليت پذيري جوانان مجرد انجام گرفته است. روش انجام پژوهش، كمي- توصيفي از نوع همبستگي خطي) معادلات ساختاري) است. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش دختران و پسران مجرد دانشگاه هاي شهر يزد مي¬باشد. حجم نمونه ي آماري 280 نفر مي باشد كه تعداد نمونه ها با روش نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند، براي محاسبه ي حجم نمونه ي آماري از فرمول كوكران استفاده گرديد. ابزارهاي مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش عبارتند از : پرسشنامه رغبت سنج ازدواج، نسخه دانشجويي (پرساد)، پرسشنامه عملكرد اجتماعي (لكومت و همكاران، 2014)، پرسشنامه بهزيستي روانشناختي ريف (RPWBS)، پرسشنامه مسئوليت پذيري گاف (CPI-RE). براي انجام تجزيه و تحليل نتايج از نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS20 و AMOS 23 استفاده شد. روش آماري شامل آمار توصيفي (ميانگين، انحراف استاندارد، توزيع درصدي و فراواني) و آمار استنباطي )معني داري همبستگي و معادلات ساختاري كوواريانس محور بود. نتايج پژوهش حاضر حاكي از آن است كه اثر مستقيم متغير بهزيستي روانشناختي بر متغير تمايل به ازدواج به لحاظ آماري معنادار است (05/0 >P و 274/0γ =). همچنين اثر مستقيم متغير مسئوليت‌ پذيري بر متغير تمايل به ازدواج به لحاظ آماري معنادار است (001/0 >P و 329/0γ =) ونيز اثر مستقيم متغير عملكرد اجتماعي بر متغير تمايل به ازدواج به لحاظ آماري معنادار است (05/0 >P و 274/0β =). همچنين نتايج تحليل نشان داد كه اثر غيرمستقيم متغير بهزيستي روانشناختي به واسطه‌ي عملكرد اجتماعي بر متغير تمايل به ازدواج به لحاظ آماري معنادار است (05/0 >P و 185/0β =) ولي اثر غيرمستقيم متغير مسئوليت‌پذيري به واسطه‌ي عملكرد اجتماعي بر متغير تمايل به ازدواج به لحاظ آماري معنادار نيست (05/

But responsibility, although directly related to the desire for marriage and the reciprocal relationship with psychological well-being, did not directly affect social performance .
