بيابان‌زايي در حال حاضر يكي از مهم‌ترين معضلات زيست‌محيطي كشور است كه دامنه آن گريبان گير نيمي از كشور پهناور ايران هست. فرسايش بادي و پيشروي تپه‌هاي شني در مناطق بياباني، مراتع، مزارع و تأسيسات شهري پيرامون را تهديد مي‌كند. در اين شرايط كنترل بيولوژيك عرصه‌هاي فعال بياباني و تپه‌هاي شني به‌عنوان بهترين گزينه جهت احياي اين مناطق شناخته‌شده است. . يكي از گونه‌هاي مهم جهت تثبيت ماسه روان در شرايط خشك بيابان گياه دم گاوي (Smirnovia turkestana) است. اين پژوهش به‌منظور بررسي اثر عوامل اقليمي و خاكي بر پراكنش گياه دم گاوي، تعيين مهم‌ترين عوامل و تحليل روابط بين مناطق حضور اين‌گونه و عوامل اقليمي و خاكي در عرصه‌هاي بياباني شمال و شرق استان اصفهان، انجام شد. با توجه به اهداف تحقيق، جمع‌آوري اطلاعات و تهيه نقشه پراكنش اين‌گونه از طريق اطلاعات موجود در بخش منابع طبيعي مركز تحقيقات كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي استان اصفهان و بازديدهاي صحرايي، انجام گرفت. عامل‌هاي اقليمي اعم از دما، رطوبت و بارش از طريق داده‌هاي درازمدت ايستگاه‌هاي هواشناسي موجود در محدوده پراكنش اين‌گونه استخراج و جهت تهيه نقشه‌هاي پهنه‌بندي استفاده‌شده است. همچنين به‌منظور مطالعه خاك در محدوده مناطق حضور گونه پروفيل خاك حفر گرديد و نمونه خاك برداشت شد. بعد از جمع‌آوري داده‌ها براي تجزيه‌وتحليل عوامل تأثيرگذار بر پراكنش اين‌گونه از روش آناليز مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي با استفاده از نرم‌افزار R استفاده شد. از خصوصيات خاكي درصد رس، سيلت، شن، آهك، فسفر، اسيديته، هدايت الكتريكي، سنگريزه، گچ و پتاسيم اندازه‌گيري شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين عوامل خاكي و اقليمي موردبررسي و مناطق حضور گونه دم گاوي رابطه وجود دارد ولي مهم‌ترين خصوصيات مؤثر بر پراكنش اين‌گونه درصد سنگريزه و پتاسيم مي‌باشد.

Desertification is currently one of the most important environmental problems in the country, which covers half of the vast country of Iran. Wind erosion and the advance of dunes threaten desert areas, pastures, farms and surrounding urban facilities. Under these conditions, biological control of active desert areas and sand dunes is known as the best option to rehabilitate these areas. Smirnovia turkestana is one of the important species for stabilization of sand flowing in dry desert conditions. In This research the researcher tried to survey the effects of climatic factors on the distribution of Smirnovia Turkestana Bgy plant, determine the most important of these factors, and analyze the relationships between the areas where this sort of plant exist and the climatic and soil factors in the North & East desert areas of Isfahan province. According to the goal of this study, gathering information through available data in the Natural Resources section of Agriculture Research Center, Isfahan province Natural Resources & field visits, the distribution map of this species was provided Also climatic parameters such as temperature, moisture & rainfall was extracted from available long-term data of Meteorological Stations in the distribution range of this species and used for providing zoning maps. Also, in order to study the soil in the range of species presence, Soil profile was dug and sample soil picked up. After collecting information to analyze the factors affecting the distribution of this species, main component analysis method through R software was cited. From soil properties, percentage of clay, silt, sand, lime, phosphorus, acidity, electrical conductivity, pebbles, gypsum and potassium were measured. The results showed that there is a relationship between soil and climatic factors and the areas of the Smirnovia Turkestana Bgy species presence and the most important characteristics of soil affecting the distribution of this specices are gravel percentage & potassium.
