Abstract
In order to evaluate the effect of planting arrangement and application of nitrogen fertilizer on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of guar and sour tea, this experiment was conducted in the form of split plots in a randomized block design with three replications. Planting arrangements used include pure Guar (G), pure tea (R), one row of Guar + one row of Sour (GR), two rows of Guar + one row of Sour (GGR), one row of Guar + Two rows of tea (GRR), three rows of guar + Two rows of tea (GGGRR) and one row of guar + Three rows of tea (GRRR). Nitrogen fertilizer treatments were applied at 4 levels of 0, 40, 70 and 100 kg nitrogen (urea) per hectare with three replications. Factors of plant height, number of lateral branches, number of pods, number of seeds per pod, pod length, root length, plant biomass, 1000-seed weight, total number of seeds per plant, stem diameter, boll diameter, number of bolls per plant, fresh weight One boll, fresh boll weight, sepal dry weight, day to flowering, day to podding, yield, percentage of gum, chlorophyll, carotenoids, antioxidants, phenol, parity ratio and decrease or increase in actual yield were measured. The highest levels of chlorophyll a, carotenoids and sepal yield were obtained in GRRR treatment and 40 kg urea level. The highest values of chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and guar biomass were obtained in GR arrangement with a level of 70 kg nitroge. Also, the highest values of parity ratio, total land parity ratio, actual tea yield and total total yield in GRR arrangement and 100 kg nitrogen level per hectare and the highest parity ratio of Guar soil and actual Guar yield in GGGRR arrangement, respectively. No fertilizer and GRRR was obtained with 100 kg N / ha. GRR arrangement with the application of 40 kg of nitrogen showed the highest values for the traits of higher tea height, number of lateral branches of tea, number of bolls per plant, plant biomass and fresh weight of the whole boll, the numbers of which are 134.03 cm, 20.33, 87.33, 3605.06 kg and 149.65 g and G arrangement in the control level had the highest values for the three traits of day to guar flowering, day to podding and seed yield, the numbers of which are respectively. It included 31.33 days, 49.00 days and 4890.30 kg. For Guar height and number of pods per plant, GRRR pattern was at the control level and for boll diameter and percentage of antioxidants, GGGRR pattern with 40 kg N / ha had the highest values. Also, stem diameter, phenol and gum percentage traits had the highest values in culture patterns and nitrogen level, GR at 40, R at 70 and GGGRR at 100 kg / ha N, respectively. Therefore, it is concluded that GRR arrangement and application of 100 kg nitrogen (urea) per hectare is the most desirable treatment for cultivating guar-tea mixture.
