پديده گرد و غبار يكي از آلودگي‌هاي هوا است كه در سال‌هاي اخير مناطق غرب و جنوب‌غربي و به تازگي مركز ايران شاهد آن بوده است. اقليم خشك و هم‌جوار بودن با بخش وسيعي از پهنه‌هاي بياباني باعث شده است تا در كشوري مانند ايران گرد و غبار به عنوان يكي از عوامل مؤثر در تخريب و ايجاد خسارت عنوان شود. لذا شناسايي بيش‌تر پيامدهاي پديده مزبور مي‌تواند گامي مؤثر در كاهش اثرات مخرب آن در اردكان باشد. هدف اين مطالعه كمي‌سازي خسارات ملموس (بازاري) و ناملموس (غيربازاري) ناشي از پديده گرد و غبار در شهر اردكان در سال 1395 مي‌باشد. داده‌هاي مورد نياز در اين مطالعه شامل آمار و اطلاعات ثبت‌شده در ادارات شهر اردكان و همچنين تكميل 244 پرسش‌نامه انتخاب دوگانه دوبعدي در بخش كشاورزي و تعداد 509 پرسش‌نامه در ساير بخش‌ها در سال 1395 است. در اين مطالعه خسارات ناملموس با بهره‌گيري از رهيافت ترجيحات اظهارشده و مدل لوجيت برآورد شد. ارزش كل خسارات جهت حفظ حيات وحش منطقه 33932919510 ريال، حفظ گردشگري 30479486030 ريال، آلودگي هوا 33185478480 ريال، محصولات كشاورزي 50431570000 ريال و حفظ فضاي سبز شهري 30736160140 ريال در سال براي شهر اردكان به دست آمد. همچنين خسارات ملموس پديده گرد و غبار در زمينه افزايش مصرف آب ناشي از شستشو 2762736640 ريال، اثر بر تأسيسات برقي 282470000 ريال، اثر منفي بر سلامت جسماني و هزينه‌هاي درمان و مرگ‌ومير ناشي از بيماري‌هاي آسم و برونشيت 15548414040 ريال و اثر منفي بر بخش دام 131451400000 ريال با استفاده از رهيافت بازاري محاسبه شد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه ارزش كل خسارات ناملموس برابر با 178765614160 ريال در سال و ملموس 150045020680 ريال در سال 1395 براي شهر اردكان است.

Dust phenomenon is a type of air pollution that has been witnessed in the west, southwest, and center of Iran in recent years. The dry climate and the region’s proximity to large swathes of desert have led to the emergence of dust. In a country like Iran, dust is one of the most destructive and damaging factors. Therefore, knowing more about the consequences of this phenomenon can be an effective step in reducing the destructive effects of dust in this region of Iran. The purpose of this study is to quantify the tangible (market) and intangible (non-market) damages caused by the dust phenomenon in Ardakan city in 1395. The data in this study was obtained from statistics and information recorded in Ardakan's offices, from 244 completed double-bounded dichotomous-choice questionnaires in the agriculture sector, and from 509 questionnaires distributed in other sectors in 1395. In this study, intangible damages were estimated using the stated preferences approach and the logit model. The total value of the damages in order to preserve the wildlife of the region is 33932919510 rials, preservation of tourism 30479486030 rials, air pollution 33185478480 rials, agricultural products 50431570000 rials, and maintenance of urban green space 30736160140 rials per year was obtained for Ardakan city. Also, the tangible losses caused by dust phenomena related to increasing water consumption due to a greater need for washing were 2762736640 rials, the effect on electric installations was 282470000 rials, the negative effect on physical health and treatment costs and deaths due to asthma and bronchitis diseases was 15548414040 rials, and the negative effect on the livestock sector was 131451400000 rials. The values were calculated using a market-based approach. The results indicate that the total value of intangible damages is 178765614160 rials and the tangible damages are 150045020680 rials per year in 1395 for Ardakan city.
