چكيده :
اختلال مصرف مواد يكي از مهمترين مشكلات در عرصه جهاني ميباشد. سالهاست كه موضوع مواد از مرزهاي بهداشتي- درماني فراتر رفته و به يك معضل اجتماعي و خانوادگي تبديل شده است. اختلال مصرف مواد به دليل ماهيت پيشروندهاش در همه ابعاد زندگي، سلامتي فرد را تحت تاثير قرار ميدهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تجربهزيسته اجتناب از رفتارهاي پرخطر در اعضاي انجمن معتادانگمنام انجام شد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، همه اعضاي انجمن معتادانگمنام شهر شهركرد بود. نمونهگيري به صورت هدفمند و تا حد اشباع داده ادامه يافت و با تعداد 12 نفر از اعضاي انجمن معتادانگمنام كه داراي تجربه زيسته رفتارهاي پرخطر بودند مصاحبهي عميق نيمه ساختاريافته انجام پذيرفت. تجزيه و تحليل دادهها با استفاده از روش هفت مرحلهاي كُلايزي انجام پذيرفت. كه در نهايت منجر به شكلگيري 5 مضمون اصلي: 1) مشاركت فعالانه در حفظ بهبودي 2) تولد دوباره 3) كسب حمايت و وجهه اجتماعي 4) خودسازي روحي و 5) ترسهاي نگهدارنده شد. يافتههاي اين پژوهش تجاربزيسته اعضاي انجمن معتادانگمنام را در راستاي اجتناب از رفتارهاي پرخطر در قالب 45 مضمون فرعي توصيف نمود. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد اعضاي انجمن معتادانگمنام در زمان بهبودي با مشكلات و رفتارهاي مخاطره آميزي رو بهرو ميشوند كه در نهايت منجر به بروز رفتارهاي پرخطر و همچنين مصرف مجدد مواد ميشود.

Drug use disorders are one of the most important problems in the global arena. For years, the issue of drugs has transcended healthy boundaries and become a social and family problem. Due to its progressive nature in all aspects of life, substance use disorders affect a person's health. The aim of this study was to investigate the lived experience of avoiding high-risk behaviors in members of the Narcotics Anonymous Association. The statistical population of this study was all members of the Narcotic Anonymous Association in Shahrekord. Sampling was continued in a targeted and saturated manner and 12 semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 members of the Narcotics Anonymous Association who had lived experience of high-risk behaviors. Data analysis was performed using Colaizzi seven-step method. Which eventually led to the formation of 5 main themes: 1) active participation in maintaining recovery 2) rebirth 3) gaining support and social prestige 4) spiritual self-improvement and 5) maintenance fees. The findings of this study described the life experiences of members of the Narcotics Anonymous Association in order to avoid high-risk behaviors in the form of 45 sub-themes. The results showed that members of the Anonymous Addicts Association face problems and high-risk behaviors during recovery, which ultimately lead to high-risk behaviors as well as substance abuse; Without following some principles and programs of the Association of Narcotics Anonymous, they will not be able to avoid the temptation and recurrence of their high-risk behaviors.
