چكيده :
با توجه به پيامدهاي منفي گسترده اعتياد در ايران و آسيبهايي كه خانواده فرد مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد بالاخص زنان داراي همسر معتاد متحمل ميشوند، بدين ترتيب پژوهش حاضر در راستاي شناخت تجربهزيسته سرسختيروانشناختي و الگوهاي ارتقاءدهنده آن در همسران عضو انجمن معتادان گمنام انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر با روش كيفي و از نوع تجربه زيسته مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش زنان داراي سرسختيروانشناختي ساكن در شهرستان شهربابك در سال 1400، با تحصيلات ديپلم به بالا هستند كه داراي همسر مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد از نوع محركهاي آمفتامين ميباشند و از طريق پرسشنامه، سرسختيروانشناختي آنها مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. نمونهگيري بهصورت هدفمند بوده و تا زماني كه اشباع داده اتفاق افتاد، ادامه يافت. تعداد 11 نفر از اين جامعه بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند كه از طريق مصاحبه عميق نيمهساختاريافته مورد مطالعه قرارگرفته و تجربهزيسته آنها از سرسختيروانشناختي و راههاي ارتقاء آن از روش كلايزي مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. درنهايت از تحليل مصاحبهها به 5 مضمون اصلي و 23 مضمون فرعي كه مضامين اصلي شامل"آگاهيافزايي"، "استقامت و مقاومت"، خودمراقبتي"، "خودتوانمندسازي" و "حمايت اجتماعي ادراكشده" ميباشد، استخراج شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد زنان داراي همسر مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد كه داراي سرسختيروانشناختي هستند از الگوهاي رفتاري سودمند و كارآمد متناسب با موقعيت استرسزا همچون چندنقشي شدن در خانواده، رويارويي با آسيبهاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي ناشي از اعتياد همسر و ... استفاده كردند كه همين الگوهاي رفتاري، درواقع به عنوان ويژگيهاي سرسختانه اين زنان نيز شناخته شد و درنهايت يافتهها نشان از لزوم آموزش اين الگوها به زناني كه از ويژگي سرسختيروانشناختي برخوردار نيستند و داراي همسران مبتلاء به اختلال مصرف مواد هستند، دارند كه سلامتروان و مقابله بهتر با موقعيتهاي استرسزا را مهيا ميسازد.
چكيده انگليسي :
Considering the widespread negative consequences of addiction in Iran and the harm suffered by the family of a person with a substance use disorder, especially women with an addicted spouse, this study was conducted in order to know the lived experience of psychological hardiness and its enhancing patterns in the spouses of members of Narcotics Anonymous. The current research was investigated with a qualitative method and a type of lived experience. The statistical population of this research is women with psychological toughness living in Shahrbabak city in 2021, with diploma education and above, who have a spouse suffering from substance use disorder of the type of amphetamine stimulants, and their psychological toughness was confirmed through a questionnaire. Sampling was purposeful and continued until data saturation occurred. 11 people from this community were selected as a sample, who were studied through semi-structured in-depth interviews and their lived experience of psychological toughness and the ways to improve it were analyzed using Claisey's method. Finally, from the analysis of the interviews, 5 main themes and 23 sub-themes were extracted, the main themes of which include "awareness-raising", "persistence and resistance", self-care", "self-empowerment" and "perceived social support". The research results showed that women with spouses Patients with substance use disorder who have psychological stubbornness used useful and efficient behavior patterns appropriate to the stressful situation such as playing multiple roles in the family, facing social and economic damages caused by the spouse's addiction, etc. The obstinacy of these women was also known, and finally, the findings show the necessity of teaching these models to women who do not have the characteristic of psychological stubbornness and have husbands suffering from substance use disorder, which provides mental health and better coping with stressful situations.
