چكيده :
اين پژوهش با هدف ارزيابي اثرات اجراي طرح¬هاي آبخيزداري مانند رضايت و نگرش مردم، مشاركت مردمي، ميزان پذيرش مردمي پروژه¬ها انجام گرفته است. توجه ويژه به منابع طبيعي و اهميت اجراي طرح هاي آبخيزداري به منظور مديريت صحيح و پايدار منابع آب و خاك و همچنين اهميت مشاركت افراد محلي به عنوان مهمترين ركن موفقيت طرح ها و پروژه هاي آبخيزداري به حساب مي¬آيد. پـژوهش حاضر از نـوع پـژوهش¬هـاي توصـيفي محسوب مي¬شود. جامعه آماري را آبخيزنشيناني از حوضه گندمان تشكيل مـي¬دهنـد كـه در محدوده آنها طرح¬هاي آبخيزداري اجرا و يا در حال اجرا مي¬باشد. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد 170نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. گردآوري داده¬ها از طريق پرسـشنامه هايي بود كـه روايي آن توسط متخصص خبره مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. براي تعيين پايايي از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده گرديد و آلفـاي كرونباخ پرسشنامه¬ها 75/0 به¬دست آمد. به¬منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات نيز از نرم¬افـزار SPSSاسـتفاده شد. نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه اثر اجراي طرح هاي آبخيزداري بركاهش بيكاري متوسط تا زياد بوده است. همچنين وضعيت اقتصادي و مالي بهره برداران به طوركلي رضايت بخش بوده است. اجراي طرح¬هاي آبخيزداري توانسته تأثير زياد بر كاهش سيلاب وكاهش گل آلودگي آب¬ها بگذارد. مردم از اينكه در اجراي طرح¬ها شريك بوده¬اند بسيار رضايت داشتند. ميزان ارتباط مردم با كارشناسان منابع طبيعي زياد بوده و مردم طرح¬هايي كه خود در آن مشاركت دارند را بيشتر مي¬پذيرند تا طرح¬¬هايي كه مورد دخالت ارگان¬هاي دولتي است.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effects of watershed projects such as satisfaction and attitude of people, popular participation, popular acceptance of projects. Special attention to natural resources and the importance of implementing water management plans for the proper management of water and land resources, as well as the importance of local community participation as the main pillar of the success of watershed projects .The purpose of this study was to assess and evaluate the social impacts of the implementation of aquaculture activities Such as people's satisfaction and attitudes, popular participation, popular acceptance of projects as well The effects of the implementation of the projects on the economy, migration and flooding of the region have been carried out. Research is a descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population consists of watersheds from Gandoman Basin, in which watershed plans are implemented or running. The statistical population was about 7338 people Using random sampling method, 771
people were selected as the sample for Cochran formula. A questionnaire was used to collect data and its validity was confirmed by a specialist. The reliability of SPSS software was used and Cronbach's alpha was 1773. SPSS software was used to analyze the information. The results showed that the implementation of Watershed plans had an effect on the decrease of immigration on average. Regarding the effect of the project on increasing youth employment and improving the economic situation of the people, the results of the research indicate that the projects have a positive impact on employment and reduce unemployment, as well as the overall economic and financial status of the beneficiaries. Implement Watershed Designs has had a great impact on reducing flood water pollution and reducing water pollution. . Regarding the extent to which people participated in the implementation of the plans, Results showed that people were very pleased to be involved in the implementation of the projects because at the stage of implementation of the plan people were using the village and used the equipment and facilities in the village. People were very pleased to be involved in the implementation of the plans. The level of people's communication with natural resource experts is high, and people are more likely to embrace projects that they are involved in, than projects that are involved with government agencies.
