چكيده :
منابع محيطزيستي در جهان كنوني سرمايههاي ارزشمندي هستند كه حفظ آنها بايد در رديف اساسيترين تلاشهاي انسان قرار گيرد. منطقه درهانجير يكي از زيستگاههاي مهم يوزپلنگ آسيايي در كشور محسوب ميگردد؛ بنابراين حفاظت كامل اين منطقه به دليل ارزشهاي مختلف محيطزيستي و همچنين به عنوان گستره زيستي يك گونه در معرض انقراض ضروري است. امروزه اقتصاد محيطزيست بر اين موضوع دلالت دارد كه محيطزيست بخش جداييناپذيري از اقتصاد است و هر نوع تغييري در هريك از اين دو باعث ايجاد تأثيراتي بر ديگري خواهد شد. لذا توجه به بعد اقتصادي اكوسيستمهاي طبيعي و نيمهطبيعي حائز اهميت ميباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر برآورد ارزش اقتصادي خدمات غير بازاري ارائه شده در منطقه حفاظتشده حياتوحش درهانجير ميباشد. در پژوهش حاضر براي برآورد ارزش اقتصادي كاركردهاي زيستگاهي، اطلاعاتي از روش آزمون انتخاب با استفاده از طرح دي اپتيمال و تكميل 160 پرسشنامه در شهرستان اردكان در سال 1395 و برآورد مدل لاجيت آشيانهاي استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد، تمايل به پرداخت سالانه هر خانوار براي هر يك از ويژگيهاي بهبود امكانات آموزشي و تحقيقاتي، بهبود وضعيت تفريحي و گردشگري، حفاظت از گونههاي گياهي و حفاظت از گونههاي جانوري به ترتيب؛ 36/4723، 67/3499، 37/2805 و 4/2102 ريال ميباشد. ارزش كل كاركردهاي اكوسيستم درهانجير از جنبه زيستگاهي و اطلاعاتي معادل با 9/12862 ميليون ريال (31581 دلار) محاسبه شد. همچنين هر يك از كاركردهاي اطلاعاتي و زيستگاهي به ترتيب؛ 7/62 و 3/37 درصد از كل ارزش اكوسيستم مربوطه را شامل ميشوند و از بين خدمات ارائه شده، خدمت بهبود امكانات آموزشي و تحقيقاتي از نظر پاسخگويان داراي بيشترين ارزش ميباشد. با توجه به آن كه ارزشهاي به دست آمده ميتوانند قسمت اعظمي از بودجههاي دولتي را پوشش دهند و براي آنكه توجه بيشتر به اين گونه ارزشهاي منابع طبيعي و محيطزيست بهويژه حياتوحش شود، پيشنهاد ميشود ارزشهاي مصرفي و غيرمصرفي اكوسيستمهاي طبيعي در حسابهاي ملي گنجانده شوند.

Environmental resources in the current world are valuable assets that should be preserved as one of the most fundamental human efforts. The Dareh Anjir is among the important Asian cheetah habitats in the country. Therefore, the complete protection of this area is necessary as a result of the different environmental values as well as the biodiversity of endangered species. Today, the environmental economy implies that the environment is an integral part of the economy, and any kind of change in either of these will produce effects on the other. Therefore, the economic dimension of natural and semi-natural ecosystems is important. The purpose of this study was to estimate and protect the economic value of non-market services provided in Dareh Anjir Wildlife. In the present study, in order to estimate the economic value of habitat functions, information was obtained from the selection test method using the D-optimal design and a total of 160 questionnaires were completed in Ardakan city in 2017 and estimation of the Nested logit model was used. The results showed that the annual amount per household, which they are willing to pay for each feature, namely:improved educational facilities and research, improved recreation and tourism, protection of plant species and protected animal species are 4723/63, 3499/67, 2805/37 and 2102/4 Rial, respectively. The total value of the functions of the fig tree valley ecosystem was calculated from the habitat and information aspect of 12862 million Riyals ($ 31581). Also, each of the functions and habitat information, respectively, 62/7 and 37/3 percent of the total value of the ecosystem are included. Among the services provided, to improve education and research, the respondents recorded the most value. Given that the values obtained can cover a large part of the state budget, and in order to pay more attention to such values of natural resources and the environment, especially wildlife, it is suggested that the consumable and non-consumable value of natural ecosystems in national accounts should be included.
