چكيده :
بحث و تبادل نظر درباره حقوق شهروندي و جايگاه آن در تمدن اسلامي به عنوان يكي از مباحث مهم در دوره معاصر مي¬باشد كه عوامل زيادي بر ارتقاي حقوق شهروندي اثرگذار ميباشند از جمله: رسانههاي جمعي، حقوق مدني، حقوق اجتماعي، حقوق سياسي، مشاركت اجتماعي، نگرش به حقوق شهروندي، پايگاه اجتماعي، اخلاق مداري و ... ميباشد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاي حقوق شهروندي از منظر فقه و حقوق ايراني – اسلامي مي¬باشد. پژوهش، از نظر ماهيت كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي– تحليلي است. در اين پژوهش براي گردآوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانه¬اي و ميداني و استفاده از اسناد، مقالات، كتب و پايان نامههاي دانشجويان به منظور بررسي پيشينه پژوهش و شناسايي حقوق شهروندي از منظر اسلام و حقوق اساسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران استفاده شده است. سپس عوامل مؤثر بر حقوق شهروندي از منظر فقه و حقوق ايراني– اسلامي بررسي و در نهايت راهكارها و پيشنهاداتي در خصوص ارتقاي حقوق شهروندي ارائه شده است. يافته¬ها نشان مي دهد كه شهروند مدرن در قبال حقوق شهروندي، ميبايست تعهداتي را تقبل كرده زيرا شهروندي مفهومي گستردهتر از شهرنشيني دارد و شهروندان منفعل را فاقد شخصيت مدني ميدانيم.
چكيده انگليسي :
The discussion and exchange of opinions about citizenship rights and its place in Islamic civilization is one of the important topics in the contemporary era, which has many factors influencing the promotion of citizenship rights, such as mass media, civil rights, social rights, political rights, and participation. Social is the attitude towards citizenship rights, social base, ethics, etc. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to identify the effective factors on the promotion of citizenship rights from the perspective of jurisprudence and Iranian-Islamic law. The research is applied in nature and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. In this research, library and field methods were used to collect information and students' documents, articles, books, and theses were used in order to investigate the background of the research and identify citizenship rights from the perspective of Islam and the fundamental rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Then, the factors affecting citizenship rights were examined from the perspective of jurisprudence and Iranian-Islamic law, and finally solutions and suggestions were presented regarding the promotion of citizenship rights.
