حوزه سلامت در يك جامعه از مهم‌ترين بخش‌هاي خدماتي و يكي ازشاخص‌هاي توسعه و رفاه محسوب مي‌شود. پرستاران به دليل ماهيت حرفه خود، با مسائل روان¬شناختي، هيجاني و بين¬فردي مواجه هستند. لذا بررسي عوامل موثر در بهبود عملكرد و كيفيت زندگي پرستاري نقش بسزايي در پيشرفت حوزه سلامت دارد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تاثير اخلاق حرفه‌اي و حمايت شغلي بر عملكرد شغلي و كيفيت زندگي حرفه‌اي پرستاران با توجه به نقش ميانجي شفقت به خود انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي،همبستگي از نوع مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را 215 نفر از پرستاران بيمارستان امام حسن مجتبي(ع)داراب تشكيل داده‌اند. از اين بين 140 نفر به عنوان نمونه به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندادرد اخلاق حرفه‌اي كادوزير (2002)، كيفيت زندگي حرفه‌اي والتون (1973)، شفقت به خود رايس (2011)، عملكرد شغلي پاترسون (1992)، حمايت شغلي اسپونر (2004) است. در پژوهش حاضر داده‌هاي جمع‌ آوري شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و SmartPLS3 در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي مورد تحليل قرارگرفته است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از معناداري تاثير مستقيم اخلاق حرفه‌اي بر عملكرد شغلي و كيفيت زندگي حرفه‌اي پرستاران مي‌باشد. همچنين نشان دهنده‌ معنا‌داري تاثير غير مستقيم اخلاق حرفه‌اي از طريق شفقت به خود بر عملكرد شغلي و كيفيت زندگي حرفه‌اي پرستاران مي‌باشد. مي‌باشد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از معنا‌داري تاثير مستقيم حمايت شغلي بر عملكرد شغلي و كيفيت زندگي حرفه‌اي پرستاران مي‌باشد. همچنين نشان دهنده‌ معنا‌داري تاثير غير مستقيم حمايت شغلي بر عملكرد شغلي و كيفيت زندگي حرفه‌اي پرستاران مي‌باشد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از معناداري تاثير مستقيم شفقت به خود بر عملكرد شغلي و كيفيت زندگي حرفه‌اي پرستاران مي‌باشد. همچنين نشان دهنده معنا‌داري تاثير مستقيم اخلاق حرفه‌اي و حمايت شغلي بر شفقت به خود پرستاران مي‌باشد.

The health sector in a society is considered one of the most important servic sectors and one of the indicators of development and welfare. Due to the nature of their profession, nurses face psychological, emotional and interpersonal issues. Therefore, investigating the effective factors in improving the performance and quality of nursing life has a significant role in the progress of the health field. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of professional ethics and job support on the job performance and quality of professional life of nurses, considering the mediating role of self-compassion. The present research method is descriptive, correlational, structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this research is made up of 215 nurses of Imam Hassan Mojtabi (AS) Darab Hospital. Among these, 140 people have been selected as available samples. The tools of this research include Cadozier's (2002) professional ethics questionnaires, Walton's quality of professional life (1973), Rice's self-compassion (2011), Patterson's job performance (1992), and Spooner's job support (2004). In this research, the data collected using SPSS and SmartPLS3 software have been analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The findings of the research indicate the significance of the direct effect of professional ethics on job performance and the quality of professional life of nurses. It also shows the significant indirect effect of professional ethics through self-compassion on nurses' job performance and quality of professional life. is.
