With the outbreak of COVID-19 in China and following its spread in other countries, the world order was disrupted and the current and normal life routine was suspended This, to the various issues of the country ranging from political, cultural, economic, educational, and ... affected. The disease changed the global view of education in less than a few weeks and changed the way students were taught around the world. With the spread of the coronavirus, education was expanded with new communication tools and environments, and the direct learning system became non-partisan learning. The present study was conducted to examine the lived experience of teachers during the Corona era. The method of doing this research was qualitatively lived with the experience approach. The statistical population of the research included all elementary school teachers of Mahshahr port city in the academic year 2021-2022. The sampling method was targeted and the sample size was determined based on the theoretical saturation principle, which ultimately interviewed twelve people using semi-structured interview methods. To analyze the data, the Clayzi method was used. The analysis of interviews based on the data extracted from interviews with the teachers participating in the research led to the achievement of a main category and 35 sub-categories, including Futurism، lack of limitation of teaching time, regularity, parental cooperation, fitting, flexibility, removing distance criteria, using method, active teaching, easy access, mental relaxation, using virtual programs in the field of education، Progress, diverse facilities, tailored needs response, adaptation, leaving school, limited communication, lack of interest in education, lack of attention to lessons, education, reliance on external factors, lack of feedback, lack of supervision، Parental laxity, parental involvement, uncertainty, traditional teaching, lack of commitment, lack of facilities, increasing financial and psychological pressure, confusion, app disruption, lack of parental cooperation, lack of credibility، The absence of the Internet is the formation of false relationships. The results of the study showed that coronavirus and virtualization of education had both positive and negative effects. The findings of this study can help educational officials and policymakers identify the strengths and weaknesses of virtual education in the Corona era to make more appropriate planning for the B Dwarfs.
