شبكه¬هاي حمل و نقل به¬ويژه حمل و نقل ريلي يكي از پايه¬هاي توسعه پايدار و از نيازهاي مهم براي هر كشوري در جهت رشد اقتصادي است. اما عليرغم تمامي مزايايي كه اين بخش از سيستم حمل و نقل، نصيب جامعه مي¬كند، اثرات سويي نيز به¬خصوص در زمينه محيط زيست به همراه دارد. راه¬آهن يكي از منابع اصلي برهم زدن محيط زيست جانوري و گياهي است و اثرات نامطلوبي بر ثبات اكولوژيك دارد. از اين¬رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر برآورد اثرات اقتصادي، زيست محيطي تغيير كاربري اراضي كشاورزي ناشي از راه آهن كرمانشاه مي¬باشد. به اين منظور از روش آزمون انتخاب بر پايه ترجيحات اظهارشده و الگوي اقتصادسنجي لاجيت شرطي استفاده شد. اطلاعات مورد نياز با استفاده از روش ميداني و توزيع 200 پرسشنامه در مناطق اطراف راه¬آهن استان كرمانشاه در سال 2017 بدست آمد. نتايج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر نشان داد كه مقدار تمايل به پرداخت نهايي براي بهبود ويژگي¬هاي زيستگاهي و پوشش گياهي، آب و هوا، كاربري اراضي، ارتعاشات و آلودگي صوتي، به ترتيب 163200 ، 131600 ، 224800 ، 46000 ريال در سال براي هر خانوار است. كه در بين چهار ويژگي، تمايلات مردم براي ويژگي تغيير كاربري اراضي كشاورزي بيشتر از ديگر ويژگي¬ها است. همچنين ميزان خسارت حاصل از وجود راه¬آهن از ديدگاه ترجيحات مردم، براي هر يك از زير بخش¬هاي كشاورزي 117985586620 ريال، زيست¬محيطي 154730394500 ريال و اجتماعي 24151608580 ريال به¬دست آمد. با توجه به نتايج مطالعه حاضر، منطقه مورد مطالعه به¬ويژه از نظر زيست¬محيطي از اهميت و ارزش بالايي برخوردار است. از اين¬رو مديريت و برنامه¬ريزي دقيق جهت كاهش اثرات زيست محيطي راه¬آهن كرمانشاه ضروري است.

Transport networks, in particular rail transport, are one of the foundations for sustainable development and are one of the major needs for any country for economic growth. But despite all the benefits this section of the transportation system brings to society, it also has side effects, especially in the environmental field. Railways are one of the main sources of disrupting the animal and plant environment and have adverse effects on ecological stability. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to estimate the economic and environmental impacts of agricultural land use change caused by Kermanshah railway. For this purpose, the Choice test method was based on the preference and the Logit model of econometric conditional condition. The required information was obtained by using the field method and distributing 200 questionnaires in the areas around the railway in Kermanshah province in 2017. The results of this study showed that the amount of willingness to pay the final payment for improving the characteristics of habitat and vegetation, weather, Change User, vibrations and noise pollution is 163200, 131600, 224800, 46000 Rials per year per household. . Among the four characteristics, the tendency for people to change the Change User characteristics of agriculture is more than other characteristics. Also, the damage caused by the railways from the point of view of the preferences of the population was obtained for each of the sub-sectors of agriculture (117985586620 Rials), environmental (154730394500 Rials) and social (24151608580 Rials). According to the results of this study, the studied area is especially important in terms of ecology and it has a high value. Therefore, accurate management and planning to reduce the environmental impact of the Kermanshah railway is necessary.
