رشد جمعيت و گسترش علوم و فنون باعث شده است كه برداشت¬هاي بي¬رويه از منابع طبيعي منجر به مخاطره انداختن محيط‌زيست گردد. منابع طبيعي هر كشوري از زيربناهاي مهم توسعه¬ي اقتصادي آن است، اين امر به¬ويژه در كشورهاي در حال توسعه مصداق بيش¬تري پيدا مي‌كند. براي مديريت و بهره-برداري پايدار از اكوسيستم¬هاي طبيعي و نيمه¬طبيعي داشتن اطلاعات كافي از ارزش¬هاي اقتصادي خدمات اكوسيستم¬ها مورد نياز است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر برآورد ارزش سرمايه¬هاي محيط‌زيست شهرستان بن در سال 1395 است. در اين مطالعه براي محاسبه ارزش اقتصادي سرمايه¬هاي بازاري محيط‌زيست از روش‌هاي اقتصاد مهندسي هزينه جايگزين و هزينه فرصت و براي برآورد ارزش اقتصادي سرمايه¬هاي غيربازاري محيط‌زيست از روش ارزش¬گذاري مشروط با بهره‌گيري از رهيافت ترجيحات اظهارشده و مدل لوجيت استفاده شده است. داده‌هاي مورد نياز در اين مطالعه شامل آمار و اطلاعات ثبت‌شده در ادارات استان و همچنين تكميل 554 پرسش‌نامه انتخاب دوگانه دوبعدي در شهرستان بن در سال 1395 است. ارزش¬هاي غير بازاري اين شهرستان به دو بخش حفاظتي و تفريحي تقسيم شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد؛ ارزش حفاظتي شهرستان بن (عبارت¬اند از: درياچه سد زاينده‌رود 70/7381، منطقه حفاظت شده¬ي شيدا 68/7441، حيات وحش 88/7825، جنگل¬هاي طرح طوبي 76/7770 ميليون ريال) 02/30420 ميليون ريال است و ارزش تفريحي اين شهرستان (عبارت¬اند از: حاشيه رودخانه زاينده‌رود 59/6881، پيست اسكي روستاي بارده 42/7130، تفرجگاه گرداب بن 85/9267، درياچه سد زاينده‌رود 52/7352 و ارزش هواي پاك 57/7095 ميليون ريال) 96/37727 ميليون ريال است. طبق نتايج به دست آمده ارزش بازاري شهرستان بن (عبارت¬اند از: گياهان دارويي 1008، توليدات باغي 412468، معادن 36/4385، آب 1835500، آبزيان 5035، توليدات زراعي و علوفه 381270 و مراتع 473210 ميليون ريال) 36/3112876 ميليون ريال است. نتيجه اينكه مردم براي سرمايه¬هاي زيست-محيطي شهرستان بن 34/3181024 ميليون ريال ارزش قائل هستند، لذا توصيه مي¬شود به‌ضرورت مشاركت مردمي توجه شود و دولت‌مردان سرمايه¬گذاري لازم جهت حفظ اين منطقه لحاظ كنند.

Population growth and the spread of science and technology have resulted to the uncontrolled harvesting of natural resources, thereby endangering the environment. The natural resources of a country are among the important infrastructures of its economic development, and is more evident especially in developing countries. The sustainable management of natural and semi-natural ecosystems requires adequate information about the economic value of ecosystem services. The purpose of this study was to estimate the value of the environmental capital of Ben city in 2017. In this study, the method of estimating the economic value of the environmental capital was replaced by costly alternatives to cost-effective engineering and the cost of opportunity, and for estimating the economic value of the non-market capital of the environment, a contingent valuation method was applied using the proposed preferences approach and the Logit model. The data requirements in this study include the statistics and information recorded in the provincial offices. Also, the completion of 554 two-dimensional double-entry questionnaires in the city of Ben was completed in 2017. The non-market values of the city were divided into two sections: recreational and recreational areas. The results of the research showed that the protective value of the city of Ben (as follows: Lake Zayandehroud Dam 7381.70, Protected area Shahid 7441.68, wild life 7825.88 and Planted forests 7770.76) is 30420.02 million Rials. Also, the recreational value of this city is (as follows: the margin of the Zayandehroud 6881.59, the ski resort of Bardeh village 7130.42, the promenade of Gerdab ben 9267.85, the lake of Zayandehroud dam 7352.52 and the clean air value 7095.57 million Rials) 37727.96 million Rials. According to the results, the market value of the city of Ben is (as follows: medicinal herbs 1008, gardening products 412468, mines 4385.36, water 1835500, aquifers 5035, crops and forage production 381270 and rangelands 473210 million Rials) 3112876.36 million Rials. The result is the people for the environmental capital value of Ben city in the amount of 3181024.34 million Rials. Therefore, it is recommended to pay attention to the necessity of popular participation, and the government should consider the investments required to maintain this region.
