چكيده :
آب يكي از نهادههاي مهم و محدودكننده در توليد محصولات كشاورزي به ويژه در استان يزد بهشمار ميرود. از طرفي سهم زيادي از روستائيان استان يزد، به فعاليت كشاورزي مشغول هستند و منبع عمده تأمين درآمد آنها، كشاورزي است. حال اين سوال مطرح ميشود كه سهم استفاده صحيح از منابع آبي در توليد محصولات كشاورزي در سطح امنيت غذايي كشاورز چه ميزان است. از اينرو در اين تحقيق سعي شد ارتباط بين ناكارايي آب آبياري و سطح امنيتغذايي پستهكاران استان يزد بررسي شود. براي دستيابي به اين هدف، در اين مطالعه با جمعآوري دادهها و اطلاعات از 107 توليدكننده پسته استان يزد در سال 96، به بررسي ناكارايي آب آبياري و امنيت غذايي در اين استان پرداخته شد. بدين منظور ابتدا ناكارايي آب آبياري با استفاده از روش تحليل پوششي دادهها محاسبه شد. نتايج نشان داد، 56 درصد از كشاورزان به صورت ناكارا و 46 درصد كشاورزان به صورت كارا از آب آبياري استفاده ميكنند. سپس سطح امنيتغذايي كشاورزان با استفاده از محاسبه شاخص HFIA ارزيابي شد. نتايج نشان داد 82/16 درصد از كشاورزان در وضعيت امنغذايي، 45/36 درصد در گروه نسبتا ناامن، 82/16درصد در رده ناامني بالا و 91/29 درصد در طبقه ناامني شديد قرار دارند. در نهايت رابطه بين امنيت غذايي و ناكارايي آب آبياري با روش لاجيت چند جملهاي برآورد و براساس آن اثرنهايي در الگو مشخص شد. نتايج نشان داد ناكارايي آب آبياري، سن سرپرست، سابقه كشاورزي، صنايع دستي و تحصيلات مادر سبب بهبود وضعيت امنيت غذايي ميشود. بهبود مديريت مصرف آب، اولويت گذاري برنامههاي رفع ناامني غذايي در استان، توسعه و ارائه تسهيلات در بخش كشاورزي و ارائه تسهيلات در جهت كاهش هزينههاي بازاريابي محصولات كشاورزي برخي از راهكارهاي پيشنهاد شده در پژوهش حاضر است.

Water is one of the most important and limiting inputs in agricultural production, especially in Yazd province. On the other hand, a large part of the villagers in Yazd province are engaged in agricultural activities and their main source of income is agriculture. The question now is how much the share of the correct use of water resources in agricultural production is on the level of farmers' food security. Therefore, in this research, we tried to investigate the link between inefficiency of irrigation water by pistachio producers in Yazd and their food security level among province. In order to achieve this goal, in this study, data and information was collected from 107 Pistachio producers in Yazd province in 2017, then the relationship between inefficiency of irrigation water in production and food security in this province was investigated. To this end, using data envelopment analysis method, inefficiency of irrigation water was calculated. The results showed that 56% of the farmers were inefficient and 46% of the farmers used irrigation water efficiently. Then, farmers' food security levels, using the HFIA index were assessed. situation, 36.45 percent in relatively unsafe group, 16.82 percent in high insecurity and 29.91 percent in severe insecurity. Finally, the relationship between food security and inefficiency of irrigation water was estimated by the multinomial logit method and maginal effect determined. The results showed that the inefficiency of irrigation water, adolescent, history of agricultural activity, Handicrafts and mother's education would improve the food security situation. Improving water management, prioritizing food insecurity programs in the province, developing and providing facilities in the agricultural sector, and providing facilities to reduce marketing costs for agricultural products are some of the suggested solutions in the present study.
