چكيده :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير مشاوره گروهي راه حل محور بر اميد شغلي و انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي دانش¬آموزان بود كه به روش نيمه آزمايشي و با طرح پيش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه آزمايش، كنترل و پيگيري انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را كليه دانش-آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر مباركه در سال تحصيلي 99-98 تشكيل مي¬دادند. نمونه اين پژوهش به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شد، و بدين منظور 50 نفر از دانش¬آموزان يكي از مدارس دخترانه دوره دوم متوسطه اين شهر، پرسشنامه اميد شغلي جانتونن و وترستون و پرسشنامه انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي ساويكاس را تكميل كردند. سپس 20 نفر از كساني كه نمره كمتري در اين پرسشنامه¬ها كسب كرده بودند انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفي در دو گروه 10 نفري آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. و گروه آزمايش 5 جلسه 1 ساعت و 45 دقيقه¬اي مشاوره راه حل محور دريافت كرد. پس از اتمام برنامه مشاوره¬اي از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شد. و به فاصله 1 ماه پس از آن، پيگيري مربوطه انجام گرفت. جهت تحليل داده¬ها از ميانگين و انحراف معيار و براي آزمون فرضيه¬ها از تحليل كواريانس چند متغيره (مانكوا) استفاده شد. نتايج حاصل نشان داد كه مشاوره راه حل محور سبب افزايش اميد شغلي و مؤلفه¬هاي آن كه شامل اهداف، گذرگاه و عامليت است، و همچنين انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي و ابعاد آن كه شامل دغدغه، كنترل، كنجكاوي و اعتماد، شده است.
چكيده انگليسي :
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of solution- focused group counseling on students work hope and career adaptability which was done by quasi-experimental method with pre test-post test design with experimental, control and follow-up groups. Statistical society in this research consisted of all female high school students in Mobarake city in the year 2019-2020. the sample of this research was selected by availability and for this purpose, 50 students of one of the females high school in this city completed the work hope questionnaire of Juntunen and Wettersten and career adaptability questionnaire of Savickas. Then 20 students who got the lower scored in this questionnaires were selected and randomly divided into tow groups of 10 experimental and control. The Experimental group received 5 sessions of 1 hour and 45 minutes of solution-focused counseling. After the end of the counseling program post test was taken from both groups. And 1 month later, the relevant follow-up was performed. Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data and multivariate analysis of covariance (Mancova) was used to test the hypotheses. The result showed that solution-focused counseling has increased, work hope and its components, which include goals, the pathway and agency, as well as the career adaptability and its dimensions, which include concern, control, curiosity and confidence.
