براساس مطالعات مختلف اثر مثبت وجود كارشناسان فني در توليد محصولات كشاورزي در جهت افزايش توليد و كارايي بسياري از محصولات كشاورزي اثبات شده است. به دليل اهميت وجود كارشناس فني براي توليد محصولات كشاورزي و به دليل عدم انجام مطالعه¬اي در خصوص اثر وجود كارشناس فني بر توليد محصولات گلخانه¬اي به¬ويژه خيار گلخانه¬اي، از اين¬رو هدف اصلي در مطالعه حاضر بررسي رابطه بهره‌وري و وجود كارشناس فني براي توليدكنندگان خيار گلخانه‌اي در استان يزد است. براي محاسبه بهره¬وري از شاخص ترنكوئيست- تيل و براي برآورد عوامل موثر بر بهره¬وري از الگوي اقتصادسنجي لاجيت استفاده شد. اطلاعات مورد نياز اين تحقيق در سال زراعي 1399 از طريق مصاحبه حضوري با 175 توليد¬كننده انواع خيار گلخانه¬اي بدست آمد. پس از جمع¬آوري پرسشنامه از گلخانه¬داران، با استفاده از نرم¬افزار¬هاي اكسل و شازم به تحليل داده‌هاي پرسشنامه‌ها پرداخته شد. نتايج نشان داد كه بيشترين سهم هزينه در توليد خيار گلخانه‌اي براساس نمونه‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده به‌ترتيب؛ كود حيواني، بذر مصرفي، آب مصرفي، سوخت، كود شيميايي، سموم شيميايي، ماشين‌آلات، برق، نيروي كار دائم و نيروي فصلي است. براين اساس ميانگين بهره¬وري توليدكنندگان خيار گلخانه¬اي در استان يزد معادل 6/1 مي¬باشد كه نشان مي¬دهد كه گلخانه¬داران يزدي داراي بهره¬وري نسبتاً بالايي در توليد انواع خيار هستند. همچنين نتايج حاصل از الگوي اقتصادسنجي لاجيت نشان داد كه متغيرهاي وجود كارشناس فني، درآمد، تحصيلات، سابقه فعاليت و نوع روش آبياري از عوامل اثرگذار بر بهره¬وري توليد خيار گلخانه¬اي در استان يزد مي¬باشند. در اين بين متغير حضور كارشناس فني داراي اثر مثبت و معنادار بر بهره¬وري گلخانه‌ها است. به¬طوري¬كه اثر نهايي آن بيان مي‌كند كه هر يك واحد افزايش در كارشناس فني، ميزان بهره‌وري نيز به اندازه 06/0 واحد افزايش مي‌يابد.

Based on various studies, the positive effect of the existence of technical experts in the production of agricultural products in order to increase the production and efficiency of many agricultural products has been proven. Due to the importance of having a technical expert for the production of agricultural products and due to the lack of studies on the effect of having a technical expert on the production of greenhouse products, especially greenhouse cucumbers, therefore the main purpose of this study There is a technical expert for greenhouse cucumber producers in Yazd province. The Tranquist-Till index was used to calculate productivity and the Logit econometric model was used to estimate the factors affecting productivity. The information required for this study in the crop year 2021 was obtained through face-to-face interviews with 196 producers of greenhouse cucumbers. After collecting the questionnaire from greenhouse owners, the data of the questionnaires were analyzed using Excel and Shazem software packages. The results showed that the highest share of costs in the production of greenhouse cucumbers based on the collected samples, respectively; Animal manure, seed consumption, water consumption, fuel, chemical fertilizers, chemical pesticides, machinery, electricity, permanent labor and daily labor. Accordingly, the average productivity of greenhouse cucumber producers in Yazd province is equal to 1.59, which shows that Yazdi greenhouse owners have good productivity in the production of cucumbers. Also, the results of Logit econometric model showed that the variables of technical expertise, income, education, activity history and type of irrigation method are the factors affecting the productivity of greenhouse cucumber production in Yazd province. Meanwhile, the variable of the presence of a technical expert has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of greenhouses. As the final effect states that each unit of increase in the technical expert, the amount of productivity also increases by 0.0570 units. Finally, considering the correlated relationship between productivity and the use of technical expertise, it is suggested that in order to improve the productivity of greenhouse owners, individuals should use engineers and consulting experts in the relevant field for more production and productivity.
