چكيده :
ايجاد انگيزه در نوجوانان آن¬ها را قادر مي¬سازد تا سبك زندگي فعالي را بپذيرند كه به مزاياي سلامتي گوناگوني منجر مي¬شود. در اين ميان برداشتي كه نوجوان از سبك فرزند¬پروري والدينش دارد در جهت¬گيري¬هاي وي نقش بسزايي دارد. از اين رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير نقش ميانجي خودتعيين گري در رابطه ادراكات والديني و انگيزه تغيير سبك زندگي نوجوانان انجام شده است. اين پژوهش يك روش توصيفي-همبستگي بود و از لحاظ هدف در زمره¬ي پژوهش¬هاي كاربردي قرار دارد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل تمامي دانش آموزان 12 تا 18 ساله در حال تحصيل در سال 1401-1400، شهرستان اردكان بود كه تعداد 301 نفر از آنان با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري دردسترس جهت انجام پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه¬هاي اطلاعات جمعيّت¬شناختي، ادراكات والديني آر.جي رابينز و همكاران (1994)، خود تعيين¬گري دسي و ريان (1985) و انگيزه تغيير سبك زندگي نوجوان گارد، ريوانو و گراهن (2005) بهره گرفته شد. اطلاعات حاصل از پرسشنامه¬ها در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته-هاي حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها نشان داد كه ماتريس كوواريانس پيشنهادي كه توسط مدل ارائه شده است، كاملاً با ماتريس كوواريانس مشاهدهشده ذاتي دادهها، مطابقت دارد. بنابراين، مدل، داراي برازش كامل است. همچنين كليه ضرايب مسير مستقيم برآورد شده به ¬جز مسير ادراك پدر بر انگيزه تغيير سبك زندگي (P=0.453>0.05) در سطح 95% معنيدار ميباشند. يافته¬ها نشان دادند بين ادارك مادر و خود ¬تعيين¬گري رابطه وجود دارد. همچنين مي¬توان گفت كه ادراك پدر در خود ¬تعيين¬گري اثر مثبت دارد. پژوهش¬ها حاكي از وجود رابطه بين خود¬ تعيين¬گري و انگيزه تغيير سبك زندگي نوجوان دارد. همچنين خود¬تعيين¬گري بين ادراكات والديني و انگيزه تغيير سبك زندگي نوجوان نقش ميانجي دارد. با توجه به معناداري اثرات غيرمستقيم، مي¬توان گفت، ادراك مادر از طريق خودتعيين¬گري 24%- بر انگيزه تغيير سبك زندگي تأثير دارد و ادراك پدر از طريق خود تعيين¬گري 5% بر انگيزه تغيير سبك زندگي، تأثيرگذار است.
چكيده انگليسي :
Motivating teens enables them to adopt an active lifestyle that leads to a variety of health benefits. Meanwhile, the adolescent's perception of his parents' parenting style plays an important role in his orientations.The research present with the goal review the effect mediating role of self-determination in relation to parental perceptions and motivation to change adolescents' lifestyles has been performed. This research was a descriptive-correlation method and in terms of purpose is among the applied research. The statistical population of this study included all students aged 12 to 18 years old studying in 1401-1400, Ardakan city of which 300 were selected using the available sampling method. Demographic-cognitive information questionnaires, parental perceptions of RG Robbins et al. (1994), self-determination of Desi and Ryan (1985) and motivation to change the lifestyle of adolescents Guard, Rivano and Grahan (2005) were used to collect data. The information obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings from data analysis showed that the proposed covariance matrix proposed by the model is completely consistent with the observed intrinsic covariance matrix of the data. Therefore, the model has a perfect fit. Also, all estimated direct path coefficients except father perception path on lifestyle change motivation (P = 0.453> 0.05) are significant at 95% level. The findings showed that there is a relationship between maternal perception and self-determination. It can also be said that the father's perception has a positive effect on self-determination. Research suggests a relationship between self-determination and motivation to change adolescent lifestyles. Self-determination also mediates between parental perceptions and motivation to change adolescent lifestyles. Considering the significance of indirect effects, it can be said that maternal perception through self-determination has a 24% effect on motivation to change lifestyle and father perception through self-determination has a 5% effect on lifestyle change motivation.
