چكيده :
يكي از اركان مهم يك جامعه توجه به آموزش مردم آن جامعه است. آموزش و پرورش در رشد و تعالي زندگي فردي و اجتماعي انسان جايگاه ارزشمندي دارد و مستقيماً در تحول و پيشرفت جامعه در ابعاد مختلف فرهنگي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و حتي سلامت روان جامعه نقش بسزايي دارد؛ بنابراين، ضعف و قوّت اين نهاد، به ضعف يا پيشرفت جامعه منجر ميشود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي جامع چالشها آموزش مجازي در مقطع ابتدايي در دوران كرونا بود. اين كار با همكاري 10 دانشآموز، 11 معلم و 10 ولي صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر، كيفي و از نظر ماهيت پژوهش از نوع پديدارشناسي اكتشافي بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانشآموزاني ميباشد كه آموزش مجازي را در سال 1401 -1400 پشت سر گذاشتهاند و معلمان و والدين اين دانشآموزان بود. نمونه گيري به صورت هدفمند انجام شده و مصاحبه عميق نيمه ساختار يافته تا رسيدن به اشباع دادهها ادامه پيدا كرد. دادههاي حاصل از مصاحبهها با استفاده از روش كلايزي تجزيه و تحليل شدند. با تجزيه و تحليل دادهها، مشكلات آموزش مجازي در حوزههاي«چالش آموزشي»، «چالش فني»، «چالش شخصي»، « چالش اقتصادي»، « چالش مديريتي»، «چالش اجتماعي» و « چالش خانوادگي» دسته بندي شد. بررسي نتايج نشان داد با وجود آنكه آموزش مجازي سبكي مدرن بوده و از انعطاف زماني و مكاني برخوردار است اما چالشهاي متعددي در اجراي آن وجود دارد كه مخاطبان آن را به آموزش سنتي متمايل كرده است. با توجه به اين چالشها ميتوان زير ساخت مناسب آموزش آنلاين را فراهم نموده و به بهبود امر يادگيري در فضاي نو كمك نمود.

One of the important pillars of a society is to pay attention to the education of the people of that society. Education has a valuable place in the growth and excellence of human individual and social life and directly plays a significant role in the development and progress of society in various cultural, social, economic dimensions and even the mental health of the society; Therefore, the weakness and strength of this institution leads to the weakness or progress of the society. The aim of the current research was to comprehensively examine the challenges of virtual education in elementary school during the Corona era. This work has been done with the cooperation of 10 students, 11 teachers and 10 parents. The current research was qualitative and in terms of the nature of the research, it was exploratory phenomenology. The research community includes students who completed virtual education in 1400-1401 and the teachers and parents of these students. Sampling was done purposefully and semi-structured in-depth interviews continued until data saturation was reached. The data from the interviews were analyzed using the Claysey method. By analyzing the data, the problems of virtual education were categorized in the fields of "educational challenge", "technical challenge", "personal challenge", "economic challenge", "management challenge", "social challenge" and "family challenge". Examining the results showed that although virtual education is a modern style and has time and place flexibility, there are many challenges in its implementation that have made its audience inclined to traditional education. Considering these challenges, it is possible to provide the appropriate infrastructure for online education and help improve learning in a new environment.
