چكيده :
هدف از اين پژوهش آسيبشناسي علل افول سازماني در صنعت فولاد شهرستان ميبد است. پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه كيفي به روش تحليل مضمون است كه به بررسي عميق علل افول سازماني از ديدگاه صاحبان و كاركنان صنعت فولاد شهرستان ميبد در سال 1398-1397 ميپردازد؛ بنابراين جامعه آماري پژوهش اكثريت كاركنان صاحبان صنايع فولاد ميباشند. نمونه آماري پژوهش نيز كاركنان و صاحبان منتخب اين صنعت با تكنيك گلوله برفي ميباشند. بهعبارتيديگر براي دسترسي به دادههاي غنيتر از كمك شركتكنندگان، براي انتخاب افرادي كه ميتوانند دادههاي بيشتري در اختيار ما قرار دهند استفاده ميشود و نمونهگيري تا زماني كه مقولهها به اشباع نظري برسد، ادامه مييابد. از روش مصاحبه از صاحبنظران، مديران و كاركنان صنايع استفاده ميشود بر اساس مصاحبههاي انجامشده، افول سازماني شركت فولاد ميبد در 5 مقوله اصلي استراتژيهاي منابع انساني، مباحث مالي، مباحث توليد، مباحث برنامهريزي و مباحث دولتي و مديريتي صورت گرفته است.
چكيده انگليسي :
The purpose of this research is to diagnose the causes of organizational decline in Meybod steel industry. The present study is a qualitative study by content analysis that examines in depth the causes of organizational decline from the perspective of owners and employees of Meybod steel industry in 2017-2018; Therefore, the statistical population of the research is the majority of personnel, employees, owners of steel industries. The statistical sample of the research is the selected employees and owners of this industry with snowball technique. Considering that in many studies and researches, there is the use of library studies. In this research, library studies, collection of articles, books, dissertations and ... It has been used and for the field sector, considering that the adopted strategy is content analysis, the interview method (structured or semi-structured) is used from experts, managers and industry personnel. Humanities, financial issues, production issues, planning issues and government and management issues.
