چكيده :
سرمايه گذاران همواره به دنبال كسب حداكثر بازدهي از محل وجوه سرمايه¬گذاري شده خويش هستند. در اين راستا، شناسايي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر عملكرد شركت از اهميت بسزايي برخوردار است. ازجملهي اين عوامل مي-توان به مالكيت دولتي اشاره نمود؛ بنابراين، اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تأثير مالكيت دولتي بر عملكرد شركتهاي پذيرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران انجامشده است. در اين راستا تعداد 100 شركت از شركتهاي پذيرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در طي يك دوره 8 ساله از سال 1391 تا 1398 مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. روش تحقيق از نوع همبستگي بوده و با استفاده از رگرسيون چند متغيره انجام شده است. براي نشان دادن عملكرد شركت نيز از دو معيار سود شركت و بازده سهام شركت استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان ميدهد رابطه¬اي مثبت و مستقيم ميان مالكيت دولتي و بازده سهام شركت وجود دارد؛ ليكن بين مالكيت دولتي و سود شركت رابطه معنا¬داري وجود ندارد.
چكيده انگليسي :
Investors are always looking to obtain maximum returns from their invested funds. In this regard, identifying factors affecting company performance is of great importance. Among these factors, government ownership can be mentioned; therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of government ownership on the performance of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. In this regard, 100 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange were studied over an 8-year period from 2012 to 2019. The research method was correlational and was conducted using multivariate regression. To show the company's performance, two criteria, company profit and company stock return, were used. The results of the research show that there is a positive and direct relationship between government ownership and company stock return; however, there is no significant relationship between government ownership and company profit.
